A consistent and daily Sadhana, or spiritual practice, produces deep transformations at every level of our being.

It is common that after some time of practice, some great turmoil takes place in the depth of our subconscious mind, freeing repressed and blocked emotions in the process.

The best thing to do when it happens is to facilitate the healing process by helping our different bodies (physical, emotional and mental) to liberate these repressed energies and bring them up to the surface in order to acknowledge their presence, accept and understand their message and evacuate them when the time and space is right.
